Emil of Lönneberga turns 60 this year. On that occasion, he visits Tivoli Gardens, where he welcomes you to enjoy a footloose song and dance show at the Open-Air Stage.
Visitors to Tivoli Gardens can look forward to Emil taking Ida, Anton, Alma, Line and Alfred with him from the farm Katthult in Lönneberga in Sweden. Lingonberry-Maia, and other friends of the family, will also stop by to celebrate Emil.
The performance is a tribute to all the amazing songs that Astrid Lindgren and Georg Riedel created for the story of Emil of Lönneberga, and not least a tribute to Emil himself.
Come and celebrate Emil of Lönneberga with all of us and wish him happy birthday on this big day!
Please note that the performance lasts approx. 20 minutes and is performed in Swedish – but song, music and dance are a large part of the performance.
