    Main course:
    Veal tenderloin, sauce bordelaise, sautéed vegetables, pommes dauphinoise, Westcoast cheese from Thise & truffle oil

    Dessert:
    Brownie, salted caramel, white chocolate foam, crumble & lemon pearls

    Sparkling wine and appetizers will be served during the New Year's speech, and we will welcome the New Year with *kransekage* (almond ring cake) and sparkling wine
