A Hereford Beefstouw invites you to a special culinary experience during Tivoli Food Festival:
Pre-dinner drink:
A glass of cava or non-alcoholic rhubarb bubbles.
Starter:
Gravad salmon with house-made mustard dill sauce, small salads and grilled lemon – served with sourdough bread.
Main Course:
Grilled beef striploin, small potatoes with wild garlic and browned butter, grilled spring vegetables with herb vinaigrette and Bordelaise sauce.
Dessert:
Almond cake with chocolate cream, raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream.
