    Enjoy the Christmas Menu at Mikkeler Færgekro

    Mikkellers Færgekro offers a traditional menu that taps in to the spirit of Danish Christmas 

    First Serving:
    Served with traditional rye bread, spiced pork fat and butter.
    Marinated herring from Christiansø with creme fraiche, capers and red onions.
    Færgekroen’s signature curry herring, with egg and red onions.
    Cold-smoked danish salmon served with horseradish cream and pickled onions.

    Second Serving:
    Roast pork with crackling
    Duck confit
    Accompanied by caramalized potatoes, boiled potatoes, red cabbage & danish brown sauce.

    Third Serving:
    Classic ris a la mande with cherry sauce, vanilla and lightly toasted almond.
