Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a receipt by email with information about your withdrawal and the date of receipt.

Please note that not all agreements are covered by the right of withdrawal. After receiving your request, we will assess whether your agreement is covered by the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to the purchase of tickets and other services related to leisure activities with a fixed date or period (e.g. admission to Tivoli, ride passes, and events), or fully performed services, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. In these cases, the agreement cannot be withdrawn.
