Sühring
The Pagoda

Childhood memories at star level

The menu is a contemporary interpretation of German cuisine, where classic flavours are reimagined in playful new forms. Inspiration is drawn from family recipes, childhood memories, and travels, while traditional German techniques such as pickling, fermentation, and ageing run as a continuous thread throughout the meal, seamlessly combined with premium international ingredients. Guests can expect familiar flavours presented in surprising ways.
Visit Sühring in The Japanese Pagoda from 21 August - 20 September.
