f you’ve enjoyed a magical day in Tivoli Gardens and are ready for more, you can have the price of your admission ticket deducted when you upgrade to any Tivoli Pass on the same day as your visit. This applies to all types of admission tickets – and it’s easy to do at the Ticket Booths or the Tivoli Service Centre before you leave the Gardens.

There are five types of Tivoli Pass, each with its own benefits. When exchanging your admission ticket, the amount deducted depends on what’s included in the Tivoli Pass you choose.
For example: With a Silver Tivoli Pass, you can deduct the value of two adult admission tickets and two children’s admission tickets. Read more about the benefits of each Tivoli Pass here.
- If the price of your admission ticket exceeds the price of the Tivoli Pass you select, the difference will not be refunded.
- Ticket exchange is valid once per receipt.
Recoup the value of your Tivoli Gold Pass from your very first visit
Upgrade to a Tivoli Pass – and enjoy admission for up to 5 adults and 4 children
Did you know that a Tivoli Gold Pass includes admission for up to 5 adults and 4 children? That means you can recoup the cost of the pass on your very first visit – and keep coming back to Tivoli Gardens, with no additional admission fees.
Let’s do the maths:
One magical evening at Friday Rock in Tivoli:
260 DKK × 5 adults = 1,300 DKK
130 DKK × 4 children = 520 DKK
Total: 1,820 DKK for one evening
Gold Tivoli Pass:
From 1,549 DKK
And the rest of the year? Pure magic – with no extra admission fee.
Difference between a Tivoli Pass with subscription and with expiration date
A Tivoli Pass is valid for the current month of the start date plus the following 11 months.
A Tivoli Pass purchased as a subscription is valid for 12 months from the month of purchase. Subscription-based Tivoli Passes can be cancelled with one month’s notice, five months after the subscription agreement begins. Once cancelled, the Tivoli Pass will not automatically renew.
If the Tivoli Pass is given as a gift, it generally expires after one year unless it was purchased as a subscription or the recipient has modified the agreement. If you want to renew your Tivoli Pass without subscription, you can do it here.
Purchasing a Tivoli Pass in your own name or the recipient’s name
The Tivoli Pass is personalised after the purchase is completed.
The Tivoli Pass may only be used by the pass holder.
Re-entry when leaving Tivoli Gardens
As a Tivoli Pass holder, you can enter and re-enter Tivoli as you wish, provided the Gardens haven’t reached maximum capacity. Companions must obtain a re-entry stamp to re-enter. Re-entry stamps can be obtained at the exit to Tivoli Food Hall by contacting Tivoli Gardens staff.
If you have a regular entry ticket, you can also obtain a re-entry stamp and return on the same day.
Please note that we may close for admission to Tivoli Gardens for security reasons, in which case re-entry is not guaranteed.
During major events, re-entry stamps are not available.
Completing your Tivoli Pass
To complete your Tivoli Pass, you’ll need to create a profile on My Tivoli. This involves setting up a password and uploading a photo of yourself. You can also complete your Tivoli Pass in person at the Tivoli Service Center.
