Flocons de Sel
The Pagoda

The taste of alpine wilderness

The menu draws on produce from the Alps and Lake Geneva, including fish, game, alpine herbs, wild mushrooms, and mountain cheeses. The dishes are elegant and precise, yet personal and warm in expression. Guests can look forward to a dining experience that celebrates seasonality and terroir with great respect and gastronomic depth.
Visit Flocons de Sel in The Japanese Pagoda from 7. May - 1 June.

About Flocons de Sel
Flocons de Sel is a three-Michelin-star restaurant located in Megève in the French Alps, near Mont Blanc. Led by Emmanuel Renaut, the restaurant has, for more than two decades, developed a cuisine deeply rooted in the alpine landscape.
Here, the ruggedness and magnificence of the mountains are translated into refined gastronomy, and Flocons de Sel is today regarded as one of the most significant restaurants in France.
