We’ve been brewing beer since 1990 – and we’re still hungry for more.
Right by Tivoli’s main entrance, you’ll find a fresh grill concept in the historic setting of Bryggeriet Apollo.

Step inside and take in the aroma from the iconic copper kettles and the relaxed atmosphere. The menu is simple – and bursting with flavor! Juicy burgers, chicken wings, and the legendary bib-worthy spareribs – served with seasonal sides, perfect for sharing at the table.

We still brew our beer on-site in the same copper kettles that have been running for over three decades.
On tap, you’ll always find at least four freshly brewed beers – from crisp weissbier to full-bodied IPA.
