Danish jazz artist Mads Mathias is a crooner of international calibre — a singer, songwriter and saxophonist who has won over audiences with his charismatic presence, vivid personality and original songwriting.

For this concert, Mads Mathias performs with Tivoli Gardens’ kapelmester Peter Jensen and the Tivoli House Trio. The repertoire features cool‑jazz themes and jazz standards inspired by the influential small groups of Gerry Mulligan, Chet Baker and Jimmy Giuffre from the 1950s and ’60s. 

During Copenhagen Jazz Festival, you can enjoy the sound of jazz on the Greenhouse Stage in front of the Pantomime Theatre in Tivoli Gardens.
