Welcome to Figaro – Fiske & skaldyrsbistro and Figaro's Bar, Tivoli Gardens new fish restaurant with our focus on freshly caught, sustainable seafood from the surrounding seas. In addition to seafood, which will be the focal point of the house, there will also be available alternatives for those guests who prefer something other than fish.

In Figaro's Bar, it will be possible to take a break from the vibrant amusement park with a bar menu that offers good draft beers or organic wines, as well as a selection of different bar snacks.

The decor in both bistro and bar will be classic and timeless with warm colors and old, historic Tivoli posters. Figaro – Fiske & skaldyrsbistro is for everyone who appreciates good food in cozy and relaxed surroundings. As the founder of Tivoli Gardens, Georg Carstensen once argued before opening Tivoli in 1843: "When people have fun, they do not politicize."
