Join us in the kitchen when pastry chef Jonas Dahl Grue invites you to a cosy and educational workshop, where you get the chance to create an easy and irresistible strawberry tart yourself.
Jonas is a trained pastry chef from La Glace, baking book author of “Bolle med ost” and “Kager lille mormor”, a regular chef on GO’ Morgen Danmark, teaches the subject The Sweet Kitchen at Suhrs Højskole – and makes his living developing recipes and sharing his passion for cakes and creativity on social media.
A workshop filled with flavour, technique and creativity
Jonas loves to immerse himself in the sweet kitchen – to play with flavours, expressions and craftsmanship. And he brings that joy into the workshop, where everyone can take part, regardless of experience.
On the day, you will learn how to make a beautiful and summery strawberry tart from scratch. The tart consists of:

• Juicy frangipane
• Delicious chocolate
• Silky-smooth mascarpone Lavazza coffee cream
• Fresh, sweet strawberries
• Shiny redcurrant jelly
