Here, wild ingredients from the landscape – herbs, berries, flowers and apples – are transformed into award-winning liqueurs, vinegars and other flavourful specialities. Along the way, they share the curiosity and craftsmanship behind their products, from wild yeast found on the farm’s old apple trees to the process of turning nature’s raw ingredients into entirely new taste experiences.
