Cheese & Vermouth with HJ Hansen & Arla Unika

A surprising and flavourful pairing

Arla Unika and HJ Hansen Vin invite you to a tasting in the Communal Tent on the Lawn, where cheese meets vermouth in a surprising and flavourful pairing.

While not an obvious pairing, vermouth and cheese come together in a beautifully balanced interplay of aromatic herbs, bitterness, sweetness, and the depth and umami of the cheese. Each is compelling on its own – yet together, they create an entirely new tasting experience.

Join a curated tasting where you’ll be guided through five different vermouths, each carefully paired with selected cheeses from Arla Unika. Along the way, we share tastings, stories and insights into both the products and the thinking behind each pairing.

The tasting will be held twice:

First tasting: at 6:30 pm

Second tasting: at 8:00 pm

There are 40 seats available at each tasting. Seats are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

The event is for guests over 18 years of age. Valid ID may be required.
