A festive lunch of classic open-faced sandwiches – with an exclusive first taste of the new Tivoli beer

Take your seat at Fru Nimb and enjoy a lunch that celebrates one of Denmark’s most beloved classics: the open-faced sandwich. Three generously topped servings are presented, where traditional favourites meet the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Look forward to dishes such as elderflower-marinated herring, gravlax, lightly smoked new potatoes, Fru Nimb’s signature chicken tartlet, and the essential minced beef steak with fried egg. The lunch concludes with sweet temptations including UNIKA “Den Hvide Dame”, apple tart and strawberries marinated in Grand Marnier.

As a special highlight, you’ll be among the first to taste the new Tivoli beer, brewed in collaboration with Nørrebro Bryghus. This fresh, lightly hopped lager has been crafted to complement Nordic ingredients – making it a perfect match for the lunch’s fish, spring vegetables and poultry.
