Experience a unique tasting workshop in the Communal Tent on the Lawn, where coffee and pastry take centre stage. Together with Allan, winner of Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 and Head Pastry Chef at Bodenhoff, Lavazza invites you inside for an inspiring session exploring the harmony between coffee and sweet creations.

Guests will be guided through how different coffee profiles can enhance and elevate the flavour nuances of pastry, and how to work consciously with pairing coffee and cakes.

The workshop combines professional insight, memorable flavours and fresh inspiration, offering participants a deeper understanding of how coffee can play an active role in the overall dessert experience.
