Learn to make fresh pasta – and enjoy Italian wines along the way
Dreaming of mastering the art of perfect, homemade pasta? During the Tivoli Food Festival, you’ll have the opportunity as the chefs from La Baracca take over the Communal Tent and invite you into the heart of Italian culinary craftsmanship.
Working in small groups, you’ll get hands-on with the dough and learn the techniques behind different pasta types – from shape and texture to flavour and cooking. Along the way, you’ll be guided by a true pasta master, sharing insights into authentic Italian methods.
Pasta and wine go hand in hand, which is why the workshop is accompanied by a wine tasting from HJ Hansen Vin. A wine expert will introduce a selection of Italian wines, offering insights into grape varieties, regions and character.
Once the dough has rested, we move into the kitchen to transform it into authentic pasta dishes, which are then enjoyed together at the communal tables – naturally paired with a good glass of wine.
Participants under the age of 18 are welcome; however, alcohol will not be served to minors.
