Step into a world of chocolate as Tivoli’s patisserie invites you to an inspiring and sensory chocolate cake workshop. Here, Cakenhagen’s head pastry chef, Sylvain Tarpi, guides you through the secrets behind the perfect chocolate cake – from start to finish.
You’ll work with everything from a light sponge base to silky ganache and rich chocolate mousse. Along the way, you’ll also discover how to create elegant chocolate decorations using premium Valrhona chocolate, widely regarded as one of the finest in the world. And of course, there will be plenty of tastings to delight the senses.
There are 20 places available. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
