Welcome to a concert in which Lyngby-Taarbæk Harmoniorkester, under the direction of Frederik Støvring Olsen, presents three works spanning the lyrical elegance of Romanticism and the musical revolutions of the 20th century.
From Gabriel Fauré’s refined French sonorities to Gustav Mahler’s deeply personal song cycle and Igor Stravinsky’s colourful world of fairytale imagination, the programme invites the audience on a journey through emotion, storytelling and richly varied soundscapes
