Tivoli Gospel Festival

When Tivoli welcomes visitors to the annual Tivoli Gospel Festival, the entire Garden is filled with warm harmonies, powerful voices, and a world-class sense of togetherness. The festival brings together more than 40 gospel choirs from across the country, who spend an entire weekend spreading joy, energy, and musical highlights across Tivoli Gardens three iconic stages: The Open Air Stage, The Pantomime Theatre, and The Orangery.

Audiences can experience everything from beloved classics like Oh happy day, Total Praise, and This little light of mine to new interpretations and modern gospel arrangements that inspire children, teens, and adults alike to sing and dance along. Over the years, the festival has grown into Denmark’s largest gospel festival and is known for its warm atmosphere, strong sense of community, and the contagious joy that gospel music brings.

Every year, thousands of singers and guests join in the celebration of music, hope, and togetherness. Choirs from all over the country— and sometimes from abroad—travel to Tivoli to be part of this unique musical experience, where both large and small choirs have a place in the program.
