Greenlandic Music, Talks, Art, and Market Stalls

This year we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the very first gathering where a group of Greenlandic students chose to meet in Tivoli.

That meeting has since been repeated and has, over time, developed into Greenland in Tivoli – a colourful, festive, and bridge‑building cultural event spanning two days.

Greenland in Tivoli takes place on August 1st and 2nd.

At Greenland in Tivoli, you’ll have a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in both modern and traditional Greenlandic culture. Look forward to a diverse programme featuring live music, a 50‑year anniversary celebration, inspiring talks, artistic performances, activities for children, and much more.

In the atmospheric market area, you can explore exciting stalls offering handicrafts and high‑quality products from Greenland.

Whether you already know Greenland or are simply curious about the culture, there is plenty to experience!

We look forward to welcoming you to two unforgettable days in Tivoli as we celebrate Greenland together.

The full programme and an overview of locations in the Gardens can be found here on the site, so stay tuned.

See you at Greenland in Tivoli – 50th Anniversary.

We look forward to seeing you!
