Norhlund organic cocktail with vodka, strawberries, and rhubarb
Starter A mix of 3 side dishes:
Edamame soybeans with salt
Ebi katsu crispy shrimp served with a spicy chili and garlic sauce topped with lime and coriander
Deep-fried duck gyoza dumplings served with dipping sauce
Main Course
Teriyaki soba fillet of beef or salmon
Stir-fried noodles in curry oil with snow peas, pak choi, red onions, spring onions, chili, bean sprouts, teriyaki sauce. Topped with coriander and sesame seeds.
Dessert
White chocolate and ginger cheesecake served with caramel sauce.
