At Thy Økobær, we believe in minimal intervention. We grow all our berries, enabling us to harvest each variety at its peak. We then transform these sweet and tart berries into flavour-intense juices, syrups, and a unique fruit wine, using a recipe from great-grandmother’s kitchen.

Thy Økobær, based near Sønderhå in Thy, is a fifth-generation family business. We began the conversion to organic farming in 2010 and haven’t looked back since.

Vild Is represents a unique project driven by a passion for creating organic, great-tasting products. They work with the finest ingredients they can source, and their production is based at Thy Økobær, an organic berry farm that has been operating for many years. Vild Is sources the majority of its organic berries from Thy Økobær.

Their range features a carefully developed selection of ice lollies and soft drinks, created with respect for nature and a focus on delivering an exceptional taste experience. Vild Is stands for sustainability, organic farming, and honest ingredients. Their products are available in kiosks, cafés, restaurants, and farm shops across the country.

Their mission is simple: to offer customers a fresh and natural taste experience – free from concentrates and additives.
