Based in Vorupør, in the heart of Thy National Park, omni. is a micro-roastery run by Laura Rannje, who founded the business in 2023 after moving from Copenhagen.

Laura roasts specialty coffee beans using the 'omni' method, with a strong emphasis on each bean’s origin. Carefully crafted roasting profiles bring out the unique potential and flavour nuances of every bean. The roasting process is carried out with great care and a commitment to resource-conscious practices.

Meticulously selected, the beans come from responsible, transparent partners, always chosen with flavour, quality, and seasonality in mind. The bean selection changes regularly, primarily according to the season.

All selected beans are classified as Specialty Coffee, indicating the highest quality throughout the value chain. The 'Omni' roasting method enhances a bean’s flavour notes and terroir, making it suitable for both filter coffee and espresso.

In Tivoli Gardens, omni. coffee roastery offers bags of freshly roasted specialty coffee and freshly brewed filter coffee for sale. The extensive range features flavour profiles to suit every palate, all roasted at Laura’s micro-roastery in Vorupør.
