Hvide Sande Røgeri is a traditional smokehouse located on the very edge of the west coast, where the wind blows strong and the sea claims a bit more of the shoreline each year. Deeply rooted in the West Jutland fishing community, they have a clear mission: to encourage more Danes to eat fish – and to enjoy only the very best quality.
