What does it feel like to stand right in the middle of the cellos in a real symphony orchestra? And what is the percussionist actually up to when he isn’t striking a drum or cymbal?

Step straight into the heart of the music as we open up the orchestra and invite you to wander freely among the instruments – while they are being played. Beneath the impressive circular canopy on the Open-Air Stage in Tivoli Gardens, children and adults alike can explore the symphony orchestra from the inside, follow the melodies, and feel the vibrations of the many instruments deep in their bodies.

With music from The Nutcracker, Star Wars, Harry Potter and much more, this playful, hands-on musical encounter is a welcome return – and if you missed it last year, be sure to mark your calendar for August.
