Comedy at the Orangery with Troels Messmann, Pernille Rosengren & Michael Schøt
On Fridays in the Tivoli Gardens, you can fill your belly with laughter when comedians transform the Orangery stage into an open-air comedy club.
Read more about tonight's comedians below.
Michael Schøt
Michael Schøt is a comedian with political satire as his focal point. A curious and socially relevant “finger-on-the-pulse” comedian who is always topical in his performances. He made his debut in 1999 and has since been one of the most productive comedians on the stand-up scene. He is behind, among other things, four one-man shows, the first of which premiered in 2009. In addition, there is a wide range of shows created with colleagues across formats, and not least his weekly NyUgesTale in his podcast Schøtministeriet, as well as the live podcast Dybt Go´ Nat Danmark, which he hosts together with colleague Mikkel Klint Thorius. Michael Schøt has also just released his first book, Problemet med politik.

Pernille Rosengren
Pernille Rosengren is an awkward and unpredictable comedian with a strong physical presence on stage, where body, facial expression, and timing are key elements of her stand-up. In 2025, she received two awards at the UP Comedy Prize: Joke of the Year and Originality of the Year (for her first solo show Skilsmissevoksen). The year before, she was also nominated for the Talent Award at the same ceremony. In addition to being a comedian, Pernille Rosengren is a trained actor from London, and within acting she has particularly made her mark as a powerful comedic force in theatre. She delivers honest and surprising stories about adult life, seasoned with charm and absurdity.

Troels Messmann
Troels Messmann made his stand-up debut in 2018, and since then the stage has been his playground. Whether it is the small absurdities of everyday life, strange social codes, or the big questions in life, he always finds an angle that works. Troels Messmann secured third place at the Danish Stand-Up Championships in 2019 and took second place at the same competition in 2022. He is a comedian who does not play a role – but dares to be himself, and that is precisely what makes his humor both relatable and memorable. This autumn, you can catch him on tour with his first one-man show, Troels, Håb & Kærlighed, in the four largest cities.
