Mingus Riis‑Holm and Snorre Kirk join forces in a new constellation with Jan Harbeck and Lasse Mørck

Pianist and rising jazz talent Mingus Riis‑Holm meets renowned drummer Snorre Kirk in a cross‑generational collaboration. Their musical expressions intertwine as Riis‑Holm’s lively rhythmic ideas blend with Kirk’s grounded, tradition‑rooted approach. The quartet is completed by two of Kirk’s close musical partners: tenor saxophonist Jan Harbeck and bassist Lasse Mørck.

As part of Jazzy Wednesday, Tivoli Gardens invites Danish jazz musicians to meet in new constellations created especially for the occasion. The artists take part in a short artist‑in‑residence format, giving them space to explore new musical expressions across several concerts.

You can enjoy the sound of jazz on Wednesdays from May to August on Tivoli Gardens’ outdoor stage, the Orangery.
