Poetry reading by Fjallkonan

As part of Iceland in Tivoli, you can experience Fjallkonan in Tivoli for the first time on June 17. Fjallkonan is a female figure who symbolises Iceland and the Icelandic people. It is a long-standing tradition across Iceland for Fjallkonan to appear on June 17, and this tradition will also be brought to life in Tivoli on this day. Fjallkonan will take the stage at the Open-Air Stage (Plænen), where she will present a beautiful Icelandic poem.

The poetry reading is part of Iceland in Tivoli, organised in collaboration with Icelandair and the Embassy of Iceland in Copenhagen.
