On this special day, we're delighted to welcome Norwegian chef Håkon Solbakk to Tivoli Gardens for two appearances. He will first feature at the HTH Live Kitchen during the Tivoli Food Festival, and later be interviewed by Sara Brink at the Orangery. Their conversation will explore Håkon’s connection to Norway, his journey to becoming a Michelin-starred chef, Norwegian traditions surrounding 17 May, and much more.

Håkon Solbakk is Head Chef at the exclusive restaurant Speilsalen at Britannia Hotel in Trondheim. A Michelin-starred chef and Nordic Culinary Champion in 2022, he is recognised as one of Norway’s most talented chefs. With six years on the Norwegian National Culinary Team, he is known for his meticulous precision, innovative style, and deep passion for Nordic ingredients.

Sara Brink Larsen (born in 1987) is a senior advisor at Food org. and has previously been in charge of press relations for Meyers and Alchemist among others.
