Nordic artisanal Food & Drinks Market

A Taste of the Nordics

This year, Tivoli Gardens invites you on a journey through the Nordics as the lawn is transformed into a vibrant Nordic Artisanal Food & Drinks Market. In celebration of the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Nordic Countries on 1 June, we welcome the Nordic countries and honour the diversity and quality that define Nordic gastronomy.

Look forward to tasting unique ingredients, drinks and delicacies from across the Nordics - from beloved classics to surprising new flavour experiences, there is plenty to discover and enjoy.

Meet the Nordic countries every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Please note that there will be no market on Friday, May 29, due to Friday Rock.

Rooted in coastlines, open fields and lush green landscapes, Danish cuisine comes vibrantly to life at the Artisanal Food & Drinks Market. Here, the flavours of the North Sea, North Zealand and Odsherred are brought together in a rich celebration of West Jutland craftsmanship, fragrant herbs, local breweries, contemporary inn traditions and distinctive Danish wines.

Shaped by forests, lakes and a long tradition of transforming nature’s finest ingredients into something truly special, Swedish cuisine unfolds at the Artisanal Food & Drinks Market. Sweden’s culinary approach celebrates clean, fresh and naturally sweet flavours, from game and wild berries to pickling, preserving and contemporary interpretations from north to south.

Norwegian gastronomy is shaped by mountains, fjords and some of the world’s richest fishing grounds, where cod, salmon and king crab set the benchmark for quality.

Rooted in forests and lakes, Finnish cuisine centres on pure Nordic ingredients, where berries, rye, fish and wild herbs come together to create deep, clean flavours.

Finland offers a distinctive contribution to the Nordic culinary landscape—combining simplicity, authenticity and the raw purity of nature in a unique south-western Finnish expression.

Grønland

Greenlandic gastronomy is shaped by the harsh Arctic landscape, where sea, ice and tundra have, for millennia, defined a cuisine built on fish, seafood, game and marine mammals. Traditional techniques such as drying, fermenting and smoking create clean, intense flavours, while dishes like suaasat and mattak tell stories of survival, community and deep respect for nature.

Greenland brings a powerful voice to Nordic food culture – one where elemental force, simplicity and authenticity remain at the very core.
