A Taste of the North Sea – Served in Tivoli
Look forward to an evening where you can taste your way all the way to the North Sea – right in the heart of Copenhagen.
Three of Destination Vesterhavet’s top restaurants – Restaurant RI10, Nymindegab Kro, and Restaurant NORDIC – are joining forces for this exclusive long table dinner, where each restaurant presents a signature dish created with local ingredients and inspired by the West Coast’s unique nature and culinary history.
The dinner begins with a snack and a welcome drink while the first course is being prepared. Along the way, you’ll be served a delicious cheese platter and specialties from Enghavegård Dairy & Farm Shop, and the evening concludes with a dessert developed jointly by the three restaurants.
The dishes are served as a mix of shareable platters and individually plated servings – all prepared with respect for West Jutland's culinary culture, with a focus on great taste and modern interpretation. The spotlight is on the treasures of the North Sea and the first seasonal produce sprouting in May. You’ll also get a taste of the quality meats and dairy products that the region takes great pride in.
Selected beverages from local breweries, wineries, and distilleries will be served.
A non-alcoholic beverage menu will also be available – so in true West Jutland fashion, there will be plenty of both food and drink.
