Apollo Brew

Since 1990, Apollo has been brewing beer on-site using traditional brewing methods. As Denmark’s oldest microbrewery, we continue to brew our beers in the iconic hand-hammered copper kettles. Each brew is unpasteurised and unfiltered to preserve its authentic flavour.

Throughout the year, we brew both our classic favourites and changing seasonal beers, so there are always new flavours to discover.

Apollo is located by Tivoli’s main entrance and shares its premises with A Hereford Beefstouw. Here, you can enjoy our home-brewed beers while your food is served by A Hereford Beefstouw.
