Biergarten captures the ambiance of an Austrian mountaintop. Here, large mugs are filled with Alpenpilsner, Radler, and other classic beers that evoke the feeling of crisp snow under your skis. The extensive menu tempts you with German specialties like Bratwurst, Pretzel, Schnitzel, and Goulash. Biergarten also offers plant based dishes and children’s favourites.

    The evening begins with crisp sparkling wine and welcome snacks

    Charcuterie board with a selection of delicious cured meats and cheeses

    Main course:
    Ham schnitzel "Holstein style" (topped with a fried egg, anchovies, and capers), served with butter-fried potatoes with bacon and onion, peas, and Biergarten’s signature sauce

    Dessert:
    Classic apple tart with crème fraîche

    Beverages:
    Unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, and cider
    Mixed drinks and additional sparkling wine available for purchase on the night
