Restaurant Kilden i Haven celebrates the ever-changing symphony of flavours and local ingredients that each season brings. Their commitment to sustainability and fresh produce shines through in every dish, with most ingredients sourced directly from Danish coasts and fields. While they predominantly champion local fare, they occasionally incorporate a touch of international luxury for special dishes, such as caviar with coastal fish or shaved truffle over forest mushrooms. Meat lovers will also find exquisite options, all sourced from animals raised ethically under the open sky.

While parents indulge in a delectable dinner, younger diners can also savour exceptional flavours, as the children’s menu offers the same high quality and taste as the adult dishes. 

Lunchtime showcases a variety of classic and modern Danish smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches) enjoyed amidst lush greenery with enchanting views of the Gardens. The drink menu aligns with the kitchen’s philosophy, featuring carefully selected wines, beers, and refreshing beverages from skilled producers.

  • Sourdough potato bread with Mariagertoba flour – herb butter
  • New Danish potatoes with lovage, leek cream, crispy potatoes and airy potato cream
  • Grilled green asparagus with parsley cream and ramsons
  • Poached white asparagus with browned butter and wild herbs
  • Carrots with buttermilk, crispy buckwheat and fennel

Dessert:
