For curious food lovers and eager newcomers

For the third year in a row we’ll be celebrating great food in all of its creamy, barbecued, fluffy and crispy variations along with some of the best professionals in Denmark.

Over the course of 18 days you can feast on everything from the national championships in blind tasting and sugar bingo to bonfire cooking and banana pancakes against food waste - all of which takes place in our colourful surroundings. And in our HTH Live Kitchen you can get some great cooking tips while sampling food from the cooking onstage. 

Central to all of the events is our focus on genuine craftsmanship and a wide variety to make sure there’s something for everyone. So come back in May and meet some of the most experienced people on the Danish food scene.
