On Fridays with Fredagsrock, you need a Tivoli Pass or a regular Entrance ticket. However, different entry prices apply to the Gardens depending on whether entry is before 18:00 or after 18:00.

If we determine that Tivoli Gardens has reached the desired number of guests during concerts, we reserve the right to close access to the Gardens to ensure the best concert experience for everyone.
To the front right of the stage there is a designated area for wheelchair users and their companions on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, you may not attend the concert with your wheelchair out in the spectator area during the concerts.
Tivoli Gardens is smoke-free, but our guests enjoy access to four zones where smoking is permitted. The zones are clearly marked with “smoking permitted” signs and are additionally marked on the Tivoli Gardens map and described on tivoligardens.com.
These areas do not include the Open-Air Stage concert area. Tivoli Gardens considers e-cigarettes comparable to regular cigarettes. Tivoli Gardens’ smoking policy therefore also applies to e-cigarettes.
You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into Tivoli Gardens. However, it is not permitted to bring glass bottles/containers. Your own food and drinks can be enjoyed by the Open-Air Stage, on the lawns inside Tivoli Gardens along H. C. Andersens Boulevard and on benches in Tivoli Gardens.
Yes, special regulations apply to the following:
Pushchairs, prams/strollers, walkers and wheelchairs
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring the above equipment to the Open-Air Stage area during Friday Rock events. However, a designated wheelchair area has been assigned to guests with physical impairments who either use a wheelchair or a walker.
Guests with prams/strollers are advised to find space on the sides of the concert area or around the Glass Hall Theatre, Chaplon Tea Salon or Tivoli Concert Hall.
Umbrellas
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use umbrellas by the Open-Air Stage during the concerts. We recommend using raincoats instead.
Camera equipment
It is not permitted to use professional or semi-professional audio, photo or video equipment during performances and concerts, including single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras with interchangeable lenses, zoom lenses and the like. Staff instructions must always be followed, even in cases of doubt.
Erected barriers must be respected.

Pre-booked concert admission is a requirement for the following concerts in the summer of 2024:

2 August Medina - Booking will be available on Wednesday, July 24th
9 August: Diana Ross - Booking will be available on Wednesday, July 31st
The booking of admission to individual concerts opens 9 days before the concert. We recommend you keep an eye on the Friday Rock (Fredagsrock) social media on Instagram and Facebook, where we will announce when the booking opens.
No, pre-booked admission to the concert area in Tivoli Gardens only applies to concerts with Medina and Diana Ross. You can attend all other Friday Rock and SaturdayHits concerts simply as a holder of a Tivoli Pass or by having paid admission to Tivoli Gardens.
If we determine that the Gardens is reaching its maximum capacity, we reserve the right to restrict access to the Gardens to provide the best possible concert experience for everyone.
When Tivoli Gardens has issued the booking link for the concert, you can access the booking service provided you have opened a profile on the booking page. Please note that this booking profile is not the same as your My Tivoli profile.
Once you are logged in, you must follow the instructions in the various steps of the booking procedure, where you must select your arrival time. Your choices will be: before 19:00, at 20:00 or at 21:00. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email when the booking is registered. This confirmation must be presented at the entrance to the concert audience area. Please remember to arrive before the time indicated on the confirmation.
Yes, you can enter Tivoli Gardens without pre-booked concert admission. Booking is only necessary if you wish to access the concert audience area. If we determine that the Gardens is reaching its maximum capacity, we reserve the right to restrict access to the Gardens to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Yes, all visitors who wish to attend the concerts with Medina and Diana Ross must present valid confirmation of their pre-booked admission at the entrance to the concert audience area by the Open-Air Stage. The booking is free of charge. Concerts with other entertainers do not require pre-booked admission. If you wish to visit Tivoli Gardens for reasons other than the Friday Rock or SaturdayHit concerts, you can access the Gardens by presenting your Tivoli Pass or by purchasing admission.

When bringing one or more guests with you as a Tivoli Pass holder to the selected concerts that require pre-booked admission, you as well as your guests must present valid confirmation of your pre-booked admission at the entrance to the concert audience area by the Open-Air Stage.
The profile you use when pre-booking concert admission on the Tivoli Gardens website is not your My Tivoli profile. You need to register with a new profile to use the pre-booking service for concerts.
Yes, you can pre-book admission to concerts for a total of five people per booking.
There will be access to Tivoli Gardens through the main entrance on Vesterbrogade as well as the entrance opposite Copenhagen Central Station on Bernstorffsgade.
No, not necessarily. You will be sent barcodes corresponding to the number of people you have booked for. That way, you can share the bookings with those from your group who may arrive later to the Open-Air Stage.
Yes, Tivoli Gardens reserves the right to suspend access to the Gardens for safety reasons and to ensure our guests enjoy a safe visit. Pre-booked admission is therefore not a guarantee of access to the concert audience area by the Open-Air Stage.
Yes you can. We strongly encourage canceling your pre-booked admission if you are prevented from attending the concert. We can then offer these bookings to others wanting to attend.
You cannot pre-book admission to Friday Rock concerts that require booking before the specific booking link has been issued by Tivoli Gardens.
Booking for time of arrival is not necessary if you have a confirmed table reservation at one of the restaurants in Tivoli.
Documentation for the reservation is to be shown at the entrance.
