Visit as much as you like with a Tivoli Pass
Enjoy unlimited access to Tivoli Gardens with a Tivoli Pass. The pass pays for itself after only three visits, making it a great option if you plan to visit more than twice a year.
There's no need to make a decision right away; you can upgrade your entrance ticket to a Tivoli Pass after your visit.
What is the difference between entrance, ride pass and package (entrance + ride pass)?
In Tivoli, you can choose a Tivoli Pass for unlimited visits throughout open seasons or purchase single-day tickets:
- Entrance grants access to enjoy the Gardens but not the rides.
- Ride pass provides access to all Tivoli rides but does not include entry to the Gardens*.
- Package (entrance + ride pass) includes both entry to the Gardens and unlimited access to Tivoli’s rides* at the best price.
*The ride pass does not grant access to Villa Vendetta and The Haunted House during Halloween at Tivoli Gardens.
Can I buy an entrance ticket or ride pass that does not have to be used on a specific date?
Unfortunately that is not possible. Special business agreements are available with Tivoli Gardens where entrance tickets can be valid for specific seasons or the whole year. However, this will always be stated on the entrance ticket.
How do I find the cheapest entrance ticket or ride pass to Tivoli Gardens?
Entrance ticket and ride pass prices vary based on the visit date and, in some cases, also based on the time of entry into Tivoli Gardens. Tivoli aims to incentivise guests to plan their visits during less busy periods.
You can check the visitor calendar at Tivoli.dk or in the Tivoli app where there is an overview of prices for individual opening days. Some visiting periods are cheaper than others. You save when purchasing a package that includes entrance ticket + ride pass. The specific savings will be listed during your purchase.
Can I change the date of my entrance ticket or ride pass?
Yes, but you can only change the date on your entrance ticket or ride pass once per purchase. Your ticket is initially valid for the chosen visit date, but you can change the date on unredeemed tickets up to 14 days after the originally intended visit date. Ticket changes must be made in person at a Tivoli Gardens ticket booth on the day you wish to visit the Gardens.
As an example, if you initially purchased a ticket for 1 April and want to change to 11 April, visit a ticket booth on 11 April to exchange and use your ticket. Please be aware that the price of the new ticket may differ from your original purchase price and any difference for a cheaper ticket will not be refunded.
You can also change your arrival time for Friday Rock. Is your ticket valid before 6 pm, but your plans have changed?
Then you have the option to change the arrival time in one of our ticket booths at Tivoli Gardens. Ticket changes can only be made within the same calendar year.
Can I re-enter Tivoli Gardens on the same day?
As a Tivoli Pass holder, you can enter and re-enter Tivoli as you wish, provided the Gardens haven’t reached maximum capacity. Companions must obtain a re-entry stamp to re-enter. Re-entry stamps can be obtained at the exit to Tivoli Food Hall by contacting Tivoli Gardens staff. If you have a regular entry ticket, you can also obtain a re-entry stamp and return on the same day.
Please note that we may close for admission to Tivoli Gardens for security reasons, in which case re-entry is not guaranteed. During major events, re-entry stamps are not available.
I haven't used my entrance ticket or ride pass. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, purchased entrance tickets and ride passes are non-refundable*. However, you can change the date of your unredeemed ticket to a new date up to 14 days after the originally intended visit date. To do this, you'll need to visit a Tivoli Gardens ticket booth in person on the day you wish to use the ticket.
For example, if your ticket is for 1 April and you want to change the date to 11 April, visit the ticket booth on 11 April to exchange and use the ticket. Please note that the price of the new ticket may be higher or lower than your original purchase, and differences for cheaper tickets will not be refunded. Ticket changes can only be made within the same calendar year.
*Should Tivoli Gardens close admission to the Gardens due to a Friday Rock concert, your pre-purchased entrance ticket will be refunded.
Can I exchange my entrance ticket for a Tivoli Pass?
You can convert your entrance ticket into a Tivoli Pass on the day of your visit – and have the ticket price deducted from the cost of the pass. Read more about how to do that here.
