Issuing of Shareholder's Card
In order to be eligible for a Shareholder's Card, you must be in possession of at least 100 shares, which are registered in your name and collected in an official Danish depository. If your shares are registered in your name, we'll take care of the practical details.
You do not need to write to us about the acquisition, forward details of the deposit, etc. In general, we send out Shareholder's Cards before the start of the summer season, but if you buy the shares after the season's start date, we continue to issue new Shareholder's Cards on a regular basis.
We obtain all our data from the online shareholder register of the Central Securities Depository in Denmark.

If the conditions are no longer being fulfilled, your membership will be cancelled.
Delivery and administration
If conditions have been met, membership occurs automatically, and you should receive your Shareholder's Card no longer than five working days after we received your data from the online shareholder register of the Central Securities Depository in Denmark. In cases of a purchase or change in shareholding, there will be an administrative period before the information from your bank is registered with the online shareholder register of the Central Securities Depository in Denmark and subsequently with us. You should therefore expect a total delivery time of 7-10 days.
