Zar Paulo
Zar Paulo kicks off the festival summer with a bang at Plænen – the Open Air stage.

Following Zar Paulo's summer concerts in 2023, they were hailed as Denmark's best new live act by several reviewers. Their Elendig Software Tour in the fall sold out, and extra concerts had to be held at several of Denmark’s largest concert venues. Their energetic live performances have resulted in several five- and six-star reviews. It was therefore quite fitting that they were crowned with a Danish Music Award for New Danish Live Act of the Year.

Zar Paulo is ready to start a magnificent party in Tivoli Gardens when they play their first concert in Copenhagen since the two sold-out concerts at Store VEGA last fall.

August Høyen
August Høyen has quickly gained a large audience with his moving singles, which he brings with him to Tivoli Gardens once again. Last year, August Høyen played at the Orangery stage as part of Tivoli Gardens’ concert series for talents, MINT, just four days after his debut EP Det Hele Handler Om Dig was released.

Høyen's musical journey began when he started playing drums as a young boy. While exploring rhythms, he listened to Stevie Wonder and practiced singing. In 2021, he received a guitar from his father and began experimenting with songwriting inspired by country music. And thank goodness for that. Today, fans report feeling both seen and heard in his stories.

On stage, August Høyen penetrates the innermost parts of the audience and warms their softest feelings with his warm vocals.
