If you are responsible for organising an event for a minimum of 15 participants, relax and let Tivoli make sure the event is a success for you. We are happy to provide offers for everything you need – from meeting rooms, food and entertainment to transport and overnight accommodation.
We also have plenty of imaginative ideas about how to make the experience you and your guests share even more interesting. For example, get off to a flying start with your Tivoli tickets ready up front, and your whole group can bypass the queue and stroll straight in and start having fun.

THE TIVOLI YOUTH GUARD
The Tivoli Youth Guard is one of the few pieces of Tivoli that can be moved outside the Gardens. They regularly spread happiness and the Tivoli atmosphere at conferences, weddings, conventions, festivals, launches and much more. The Tivoli Youth Guard can appear with everything from 90 guards in full parade, down to just two members acting as guards to an entrance. The Guard Band is a wind band comprising 50 musicians, and the Drum Corps has about 18 guards with marching pipes and drums. We have ensembles of 2, 4 or 8 people who can play while marching, standing or sitting, depending on what you need.
The Tivoli Youth Guard always appears in the iconic red uniforms with bearskin hats, and no one can fail to smile as they watch these guards, aged 8-16, playing and marching as if they'd never done anything else.

FLOWER ARRANGING
Be a florist for a day together with Nimb's exclusive florist. Minimum group size: 15 participants, with prices ranging from DKK 400 per person. The package includes florist, materials, venue plus mineral water and coffee with a sweet.

Rides in Tivoli
5-BATTLE
Tivoli is far more than just the rides. The Gardens are dotted with arcades of all sizes and charming carnival-style stalls where you can compete for prizes. Play against each other in five games of your choice and see who wins the most points. Price: DKK 110 per person.

THE TROLLEY BUS
Enjoy a delightful ride around in the Gardens on the Trolley Bus while experiencing Tivoli from a different angle.
The small yellow Trolley Bus on rubber wheels has been treating Tivoli's guests to cosy round trips since 1969. You can book the Trolley Bus exclusively for your group, be collected at the entrance and taken to the destination of your choice. Maximum seating for 14 participants in each carriage.

PICK YOUR FAVOURITE RIDE
Now you can enjoy a turn on your favourite ride with your friends or colleagues. Choose from all Tivoli's rides. For example, you can book a roller coaster exclusively or buy multi-ride tickets to the ride. A group discount applies if you buy more than 20 multi-ride tickets. If you just want the thrill of one ride only, you can buy tickets to a single turn on the ride of your choice. This is ideal for a break during a meeting or rounding off the day.

TEAM DAY IN AND OUTSIDE TIVOLI
Coastzone
CoastZone – Denmark’s largest teambuilding company - and Tivoli have teamed up to offer teambuilding and success experiences. Based on the combination of teamwork and Tivoli's history, two concepts have been specially developed for teambuilding in the Gardens.
Depending on the concept, the teambuilding lasts from 2 to 4 hours. If you are holding a meeting in Tivoli or elsewhere in Copenhagen, this is the perfect opportunity to incorporate your meeting agenda into the activities while getting to know each other and Tivoli better – or round off your visit to Copenhagen.
You can look forward to a teambuilding session that combines the best of two worlds.

FOOD VOUCHER
Have fun in one of Tivoli's many oases and pay simply and easily with the vouchers we send you before your visit. Cool off with an ice cream, enjoy a stuffed bagel and quench your thirst with beer, wine or a soft drink. The voucher can be used both in Tivoli Food Hall as well as in the rest of the Gardens' restaurants and bars.

Wine tasting
The wine tasting takes place as a commentary describing the various wines, districts, types of grapes and other fascinating facts. We touch on subjects such as: wine production, storage and harvest yield – a review from grapevine to the finished product, wine. We also look at storage potential as well as wine critics' ratings of the wines served. Last, but not least, we explain the history of the wines' local areas.
Prices: from DKK 195-795 per person. Minimum of 25 persons.

BEER TASTING
The beer tasting comprises 4 x 0.2 cl speciality beers per person.
Choose between the brands Lottrup, Schiøtz or Edelweiss, and after the tasting, you can pick out 0.5 l of your favourite beer.

OUTSIDE TIVOLI
GOBOAT
Book a boat from GoBoat and round off your meeting with a relaxed tour of Copenhagen's canals by water. This is an environmentally friendly, sociable, memorable and fun experience to offer your colleagues. Each boat can hold up to eight participants, and food and drink can be arranged and served onboard. A sailing certificate is not required to steer the boat.

COPENHAGEN SEGWAY TOURS
Experience an unusual and entertaining team competition on Segways. The competition focuses on teamwork and fun with your colleagues, friends or business partners. Anyone can join in, and wide smiles and happy faces are guaranteed. Our Segway Teambuilding events takes place outside by the Open Air Stage in Tivoli.
Segway Teambuilding lasts for 60 - 90 minutes and is for 8 to 32 participants.
You can also take a Segway trip through beautiful Copenhagen.
Along the way, you'll see and hear stories about our capital city that we can guarantee will be news to you.
Anyone aged 10 – 75 years can join in. Start the trip at Tivoli's Main Entrance or at Segway Tours, Nikolaj Plads. Similarly, you can end the trip at Tivoli's Main Entrance or at Segway Tours, Nikolaj Plads. The tour lasts 90 minutes.
