A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

A gift card can be redeemed for admission to Tivoli Gardens at the entrances and is furthermore valid in most restaurants and shops in the Gardens. A list of where the gift card can be redeemed can be found here.

A gift card can be used like any other payment card at valid points of redemption. 

The gift card cannot be redeemed online for purchases. 

Gift cards dispatched by post can be expected within 7-10 working days within Denmark.

A refund of the gift card can be obtained for a fee of DKK 50. After 4 years from the date of purchase, the refund opportunity expires. See also "Worth knowing" here.
