Joining him at the Japanese Pagoda is his team from the one-Michelin-star restaurant Vistas Rui Silvestre – with an added touch of Portuguese Christmas. Rui Silvestre is known far beyond Portuguese borders for his innovative cuisine, which is based on his profound respect for local Portuguese ingredients and their purity of flavour.
