A story familiar from childhood about a young beauty, the daughter of the King, who is driven out of the house by a haughty witch-stepmother, a story of friendship and fidelity.
The kind heart of Snow White, her meek disposition and responsiveness conquer the hearts of all fairy-tale characters: the subjects of the kingdom, the forest animals, and the funny gnomes who sheltered the princess in their forest house.
The children's favorite fairy tale about Snow White is embodied in dance by the artists of the Kyiv Grand Ballet, who will present bright interesting choreography and acting work of the soloists and the most talented dancers of the National Theater of Kyiv, the Opera and Ballet Theater of Kharkov.
The wonderful "cartoon" music of Bogdan Pavlovsky vividly depicts the characters of the inhabitants of the forest. Everything in this performance: choreography, music, amazing scenery, in which there is so much fiction, fantasy, play of color - conveys the magical fantasy world of a fairy tale.
The story of the beautiful Snow White will be a great gift not only for children, but also for adults. This performance is not just a beautiful fairy tale about good and evil characters, it is a romantic story that every person has his own guardian angel, who, on the difficult path of life, gives faith in himself and hope for a wonderful future.
The tour is organized by the production company Artform Production in partnership with the Norwegian non-profit organization Kultur for Folket to support Ukrainian ballet dancers and to preserve Ukrainian classical ballet art. Part of the funds raised on the tour will go to the artists of Kyiv Grand Ballet.
