While you work, Cathrine will bake fresh sourdough rolls for everyone to sample. Discover the many benefits of sourdough and its delicious possibilities.
Passionate about baking and healthy ingredients, Cathrine Brandt holds a degree in Nutrition and Health from the VIA University College in Aarhus, Denmark. Her food blog (cathrinebrandt.dk), cookbooks, and recently opened bakery, Brandt Brød in Silkeborg, showcase her deep love for sourdough.
The event will take place in the Communal Tent in front of The Open-Air Stage.
