In Andalusia, it's said that one can taste the music and listen to the wine – from the bone-dry Fino to the sweet PX. Experience the mythical sherries from the southern Spanish city of Jerez de la Frontera in harmony with flamenco music.

Complex sherry is an underrated wine, according to many wine connoisseurs. Thorbjørn Carl Hjalager will articulate the individual wines, and the sherry tasting will focus on the poetic qualities of each sherry type. This is accompanied by a concert featuring singer Rasmus Dissing, flamenco dancer Kirstine Hastrup, flamenco guitarist Lasse Garcia, and flamenco singers Pedro Garrido "Niño De La Fragua" and Lucia Aliaño.

The event is organised by Flamenco Theatre and Lakelands. Flamenco Theatre was founded by Kirstine Hastrup, who, despite her Danish origins, has been officially titled a flamenco ambassador by Jerez de la Frontera. Behind Lakelands is actor and chef Thorbjørn Carl Hjalager, who, after many years in Spain, knows the culinary Spanish secrets like few others here.

The event will take place in the Communal Tent in front of The Open Air Stage.

NOTE: This free event is limited to 60 attendees. Spots are first-come, first-served on the day of the event, starting at 19.30.
