Important - In case of rain
If Plænen is wet, we cannot practice yoga outside. Instead, the first 80 people registered for the yoga session will have the opportunity to practice yoga in the most unique and tranquil surroundings in the Aquarium foyer. If the grass is wet and you are registered for the session, you will receive an email regarding your place in the Aquarium foyer. If you are not registered, we cannot guarantee you a place in case we have to move the session indoors.

Feel free to stay in the Garden after yoga
After yoga, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a bun, which can be purchased at Plænens Kaffebar, before the Garden opens to guests.

Programme

The class will be in danish.

Anna-Sophia writes about her yoga class:

My way of teaching is very casual. I want there to be room for laughter, for stumbling in a balancing pose, and for everyone to participate. We start by awakening the body with gentle stretches and light movements synchronized with the breath. Then we perform a series of yoga poses at a relaxed pace, focusing on strength, stability, flexibility and mobility. Throughout, we maintain a relaxed pace so that everyone can participate and feel a bit challenged. We conclude with a guided Savasana (relaxation) where we allow ourselves to completely unwind and find complete peace. I'm looking forward to it.
