While seemingly simple, mastering the perfect omelette can be tricky. Join the workshop in the Community Tent by the Open-Air Stage and discover how to create fluffy, flavourful omelettes every time.
Sisse Sejr-Nørgaard, a trained journalist, found solace and healing in cooking after a period of burnout and unhealthy food choices. Her journey from hating cooking to finding joy in creating delicious meals is captured in her cookbook, “En køkkenbog” (A Kitchen Book).
The event will take place in the Communal Tent in front of The Open-Air Stage.
