At the Tivoli Food Festival, Thomas Berg from "The Great Danish Bake Off" 2023 will create small cakes featuring white brownie, tahini, and two of the season's popular ingredients: rhubarb and thyme. Thomas has always been fascinated by new flavours and kitchen experimentation. However, during the TV baking contest, he found himself in uncharted waters, as cake baking was actually new territory for him. Through creativity and unconventional approaches, he managed to make it all the way to the semi-finals.
