At the Tivoli Food Festival, Mette will bring fresh vegetables from the fertile soil of the island of Falster and show the versatile ways they can be used.
In 2022, Mette Dahlgaard became the director and culinary chef of Falsters Kyst, which includes the eatery Pomle Nakke, Hesnæs Harbour Bakery & Eatery, and the Kongsnæs banquet facilities. Mette was previously the culinary chef at restaurant Gemyse in Tivoli Gardens and has worked with Aarstiderne, Paustian, Søllerød Kro, Geist, and Daniel in New York.
